Thanks to this composition, chaga has a positive effect on metabolism, improves the functioning of the nervous system and strengthens the immune system. One of the main beneficial properties of chaga is its ability to remove toxins from the body.

Chaga infusion acts as a biostimulant on the body, accelerates vital processes, helps with insomnia, and reduces feelings of constant fatigue and malaise.

Mint has a calming effect, improves metabolic processes, and has antimicrobial properties.

Method of preparation:

There are several ways to prepare drinks based on chaga. You can choose what suits you best:
